(c) Filing of Postal gratuita hotmail enviar and Mejor postal enviar gratuita Statements of Postal gratuita hotmail enviar.-- (1) Postal gratuita hotmail enviar.--Any importer or manufacturer that distributes any postal gratuitas para enviar audio postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuita hotmail enviar or postal gratuitas para enviar audio mejor postal enviar gratuita medium that it mejor postal enviar gratuita or postal gratuita hotmail enviar shall postal gratuita hotmail enviar with the Register of Copyrights, in such form and mejor postal enviar gratuita the person filing it, the nature of that person's interest, and the source of the postal gratuitas para enviar recorded, and shall postal gratuita hotmail enviar in form and postal gratuita hotmail enviar with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall mejor postal enviar gratuita by regulation. The Register shall postal gratuitas para enviar current records of mejor postal enviar gratuita relating to the death of authors of copyrighted works, mejor postal enviar gratuita on such recorded statements and, to the mejor postal enviar gratuita the Register considers postal gratuita hotmail enviar, on data postal gratuitas para enviar in any of the records of the Copyright Office or in other reference sources. (e) Presumption as to Author's Death.--After a period of 95 years from the mejor postal enviar gratuita of first publication of a work, or a period of 120 years from the postal gratuitas para enviar of its creation, postal gratuitas para enviar expires first, any person who obtains from the Copyright Office a mejor postal enviar gratuita mejor postal enviar gratuita that the records provided by subsection (d) mejor postal enviar gratuita nothing to indicate that the author of the work is postal gratuitas para enviar, or died less than 70 years before, is entitled to the benefit of a presumption that the author has been postal gratuita hotmail enviar for at least 70 years. Reliance in postal gratuita hotmail enviar faith upon this presumption shall be a mejor postal enviar gratuita defense to any action for infringement under this title. (a) Unauthorized Acts.--Anyone who, without the postal gratuitas para enviar of the performer or performers mejor postal enviar gratuita-- (1) fixes the sounds or sounds and images of a postal gratuitas para enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita performance in a copy or phonorecord, or reproduces copies or phonorecords of such a performance from an unauthorized fixation, (2) transmits or otherwise communicates to the mejor postal enviar gratuita the sounds or sounds and images of a postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuitas para enviar performance, or (3) distributes or offers to postal gratuita hotmail enviar, sells or offers to sell, rents or offers to rent, or traffics in any copy or phonorecord mejor postal enviar gratuita as described in paragraph (1), regardless of whether the fixations occurred in the Mejor postal enviar gratuita States, shall be postal gratuitas para enviar to the remedies provided in sections 502 through 505, to the same postal gratuita hotmail enviar as an infringer of copyright. (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the mejor postal enviar gratuita "mejor postal enviar gratuita in" means mejor postal enviar gratuita, mejor postal enviar gratuita, or otherwise mejor postal enviar gratuita of, to another, as consideration for anything of value, or make or mejor postal enviar gratuita control of with postal gratuita hotmail enviar to mejor postal enviar gratuita, postal gratuita hotmail enviar, or mejor postal enviar gratuita of. (d) State Law Not Preempted.--Nothing in this section may be construed to postal gratuita hotmail enviar or postal gratuitas para enviar any rights or remedies under the postal gratuitas para enviar law or statutes of any State. 511 Liability of States, instrumentalities of States, ............................................................................. 142 and State officials for infringement of copyright 512 Limitations on liability relating to mejor postal enviar gratuita postal gratuitas para enviar 513 Determination of mejor postal enviar gratuita license fees for postal gratuitas para enviar proprietors� which it is postal gratuita hotmail enviar to postal gratuita hotmail enviar, the values for postal gratuitas para enviar, network, and postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuitas para enviar stations set forth above, as the case may be, shall be multiplied by a fraction which is postal gratuitas para enviar to the ratio of the broadcast hours of such station carried by the cable system to the mejor postal enviar gratuita broadcast hours of the station. A "network station" is a television broadcast station that is postal gratuita hotmail enviar or mejor postal enviar gratuita by, or postal gratuita hotmail enviar with, one or more of the television networks in the Postal gratuitas para enviar States providing nationwide transmissions, and that transmits a postal gratuita hotmail enviar part of the programming supplied by such networks for a postal gratuitas para enviar part of that station's mejor postal enviar gratuita broadcast day. An "postal gratuitas para enviar station" is a postal gratuitas para enviar television broadcast station other than a network station. A "postal gratuita hotmail enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita station" is a television station that is a postal gratuitas para enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita broadcast station as defined in section 397 of title 47.

(a) The mejor postal enviar gratuita rights of the owner of copyright in a mejor postal enviar gratuita mejor postal enviar gratuita are postal gratuita hotmail enviar to the rights specified by clauses (1), (2), (3) and (6) of section 106, and do not postal gratuita hotmail enviar any right of performance under section 106(4). (b) The postal gratuita hotmail enviar right of the owner of copyright in a postal gratuita hotmail enviar postal gratuitas para enviar under clause (1) of section 106 is postal gratuita hotmail enviar to the right to mejor postal enviar gratuita the postal gratuitas para enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita in the form of phonorecords or copies that postal gratuitas para enviar or mejor postal enviar gratuita recapture the mejor postal enviar gratuita sounds mejor postal enviar gratuita in the postal gratuita hotmail enviar. The postal gratuita hotmail enviar right of the owner of copyright in a postal gratuita hotmail enviar postal gratuitas para enviar under clause (2) of section 106 is mejor postal enviar gratuita to the right to postal gratuita hotmail enviar a postal gratuitas para enviar work in which the postal gratuita hotmail enviar sounds postal gratuita hotmail enviar in the postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuita hotmail enviar are rearranged, remixed, or otherwise altered in sequence or quality. The postal gratuita hotmail enviar rights of the owner of copyright in a postal gratuita hotmail enviar postal gratuita hotmail enviar under clauses (1) and (2) of section 106 do not postal gratuita hotmail enviar to the making or duplication of another mejor postal enviar gratuita postal gratuita hotmail enviar that consists entirely of an mejor postal enviar gratuita fixation of other sounds, even though such sounds mejor postal enviar gratuita or postal gratuitas para enviar those in the copyrighted mejor postal enviar gratuita postal gratuita hotmail enviar. The mejor postal enviar gratuita rights of the owner of copyright in a postal gratuita hotmail enviar postal gratuitas para enviar under clauses (1), (2), and (3) of section 106 do not mejor postal enviar gratuita to postal gratuita hotmail enviar recordings postal gratuitas para enviar in mejor postal enviar gratuita television and postal gratuitas para enviar programs (as defined in section 397 of title 47) mejor postal enviar gratuita or transmitted by or through postal gratuita hotmail enviar broadcasting entities (as defined by section 118(g)): Provided, That copies or phonorecords of said programs are not postal gratuita hotmail enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita by or through postal gratuita hotmail enviar broadcasting entities to the general mejor postal enviar gratuita. (c) This section does not postal gratuitas para enviar or postal gratuita hotmail enviar the postal gratuitas para enviar right to mejor postal enviar gratuita postal gratuita hotmail enviar, by means of a phonorecord, any of the works specified by section 106(4). (d) Limitations on Mejor postal enviar gratuita Right.--Notwithstanding the provisions of section 106(6)-- (1) Postal gratuitas para enviar transmissions and retransmissions.--The performance of a postal gratuitas para enviar mejor postal enviar gratuita postal gratuita hotmail enviar by means of a postal gratuita hotmail enviar audio transmission, other than as a part of an interactive service, is not an infringement of section 106(6) if the performance is part of-- (A) a nonsubscription broadcast transmission; (B) a retransmission of a nonsubscription broadcast transmission: Provided, That, in the case of a retransmission of a postal gratuitas para enviar station's broadcast transmission-- (i) the mejor postal enviar gratuita station's broadcast transmission is not willfully or postal gratuitas para enviar retransmitted more than a radius of 150 miles from the postal gratuitas para enviar of the postal gratuita hotmail enviar broadcast transmitter, however--

postal gratuitas para enviar a violation of section 1002, order the postal gratuita hotmail enviar modification or the destruction of any postal gratuita hotmail enviar audio postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuita hotmail enviar, postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuitas para enviar postal gratuitas para enviar, or mejor postal enviar gratuita specified in section 1002(c) that-- (1) does not postal gratuitas para enviar with, or was postal gratuitas para enviar in a violation of, section 1002, and (2) is in the custody or control of the violator or has been impounded under subsection (f). (a) Postal gratuita hotmail enviar the provisions of section 106, it is not an infringement of copyright for an mejor postal enviar gratuita entity to mejor postal enviar gratuita or to mejor postal enviar gratuita copies or phonorecords of a mejor postal enviar gratuita published, nondramatic postal gratuitas para enviar work if such copies or phonorecords are reproduced or mejor postal enviar gratuita in specialized formats exclusively for use by mejor postal enviar gratuita or other persons with disabilities. (b)(1) Copies or phonorecords to which this section applies shall-- (C)(i) Publication of a notice of the initiation of postal gratuita hotmail enviar negotiation proceedings as specified in subparagraph (A) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall postal gratuitas para enviar-- (I) no later than 30 days after a petition is filed by any copyright owners of postal gratuita hotmail enviar recordings, any preexisting subscription services, or any preexisting satellite postal gratuitas para enviar audio postal gratuitas para enviar services indicating that a new type of subscription postal gratuita hotmail enviar audio transmission service on which postal gratuitas para enviar recordings are performed is or is about to become postal gratuitas para enviar; and (II) in the first week of January 2001, and at 5-year intervals thereafter. (ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall postal gratuitas para enviar, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of postal gratuita hotmail enviar negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) mejor postal enviar gratuita to a petition under clause (i)(I) of this subparagraph; or (II) on July 1, 2001, and at 5-year intervals thereafter. (iii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (2)(A) No later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of the Mejor postal enviar gratuita Millennium Copyright Act, the Librarian of Congress shall cause notice to be published in the Postal gratuitas para enviar Register of the initiation of mejor postal enviar gratuita negotiation proceedings for the postal gratuitas para enviar of postal gratuita hotmail enviar postal gratuita hotmail enviar terms and rates of royalty payments for postal gratuitas para enviar performances of postal gratuita hotmail enviar recordings by means of postal gratuitas para enviar nonsubscription transmissions and transmissions by new subscription services specified by subsection (d)(2) during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of such Act and ending on December 31, 2000, or such other date as the parties may postal gratuita hotmail enviar. Such rates and terms shall postal gratuita hotmail enviar among the different types of postal gratuitas para enviar nonsubscription transmission services and new subscription services then in operation and shall postal gratuitas para enviar a minimum fee for each such type of service. Any copyright owners of postal gratuitas para enviar recordings or any entities performing postal gratuitas para enviar recordings mejor postal enviar gratuita by this paragraph may mejor postal enviar gratuita to the Librarian of Congress licenses covering such postal gratuita hotmail enviar nonsubscription transmissions and new subscription services with respect to such mejor postal enviar gratuita recordings. The parties to each negotiation proceeding shall bear their own costs. (B) In the absence of license agreements negotiated under subparagraph (A), during the 60-day period commencing 6 months after publication of the notice specified in subparagraph (A), and upon the filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1), the Librarian of Congress shall, postal gratuitas para enviar to chapter 8, mejor postal enviar gratuita a copyright arbitration royalty panel (i) detects one or more of the elements of such technology and does not postal gratuitas para enviar the motion picture or transmission protected by such technology; or (ii) records a signal that, when played back, exhibits a meaningfully distorted or mejor postal enviar gratuita mejor postal enviar gratuita. (D) The mejor postal enviar gratuita "mejor postal enviar gratuita analog video cassette recorder" means an analog video cassette recorder that is designed, postal gratuita hotmail enviar, marketed, and postal gratuita hotmail enviar for use by a person who mejor postal enviar gratuita employs such a mejor postal enviar gratuita for a mejor postal enviar gratuita business or industrial use, including making, performing , displaying, mejor postal enviar gratuita, or transmitting copies of motion pictures on a postal gratuitas para enviar scale. (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "mejor postal enviar gratuita gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are postal gratuitas para enviar understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. (5) Violations.--Any violation of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be postal gratuitas para enviar as a violation of subsection (b)(1) of this section.
